Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with external partners on projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the SF headquarters.
• Coordinate building services, repairs, and vendor relationships.
• Report and track service requests with timely resolution.
• Partner with Workplace Manager on office updates.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Events for onsite experiences.
• Support office activations and events and logistics.
• Maintain SF Office Guide and local policies.
• Use feedback to improve workplace functionality.
