Job summary

The MQ Administrator at Glovis America, Inc. is responsible for invoice verification of dedicated carriers and supervising specialists handling detention reports and accounts. The role ensures data accuracy, payments, invoices, and reports are up to date while supporting managers with reporting for HT.

You'll manage AP processing by downloading data from Zuum and preparing upload files for payments, collaborating with teams across systems like TMS, SAP, Zuum, and YMS to drive timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 3–5 years of accounting, billing (AR/AP), invoicing, logistics or SCM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Invoice verification for dedicated carriers and repositioning carriers.
• Prepare, review, and audit all inbound/outbound AP invoices and ensure billing accuracy.
