Qualifications

• Experience with billing, AP/AR, and rate verification is required.
• Strong accounting background and ability to oversee multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor team members in billing and earnings processes.
• Audit large volumes of invoices and update aging reports for past due payments.
• Verify rates and guide staff while interfacing with HT SAP and Glovis SAP.
• Prepare monthly reports on damages, costs, and carrier performance.
• Support inbound/outbound invoicing and reconcile with 3PL vendors.
