Job summary

Glovis America, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, MQ Administration in the San Diego, CA area to oversee billing processes, drive AR/AP accuracy, and coordinate with 3PL vendors.

This on-site role requires strong accounting skills and leadership to mentor the admin team and ensure timely invoicing and reporting. You will handle rate verification, system reconciliations, and prepare monthly management reports, while maintaining excellent vendor relationships and data integrity across HT SAP, Glovis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–8 years of logistics, supply chain, or transportation experience with billing, AR/AP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP/TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Back-up/supervising role for manager and mentoring staff.
• Lead billing processes using HT SAP, Glovis SAP and TMS.
• Verify new rates and guide staff on billing.
• Audit invoices and aging reports; manage carrier payables/receivables.
• Prepare monthly reports and damage tracking; monitor budgets.
• Coordinate with 3PL vendors for data submission and reporting.
