• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound trailer shipments and assign carriers.
• Track delivery progress and secure proof of delivery.
• Input accurate TMS data and manage shipment information.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Prepare month-end reports and data management tasks.
