Eurest in San Diego, CA is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef, coordinate kitchen staff, and ensure high standards of food quality and safety at ASML/CYMER location.

The role requires Sous Chef experience, offers a Monday–Friday schedule with hours that may vary, and pays $29.50 per hour. Join a hands-on, leadership position within Compass Group USA’s Eurest division.

Qualifications

• Sous Chef experience required.

Responsabilités

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates including interviews, scheduling, payroll, training, and reviews.
• Stores food following safety procedures and maintains sanitation of equipment and area.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, and serving temperatures.
• Monitors inventory and informs supervisor when supplies are low.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
