Eurest is hiring a full-time Sous Chef at Anduril Headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, on-site. Four years of culinary experience are required; previous food production experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates: interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and reviews.
• Ensures proper food handling, sanitation, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and workstation.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
