This position requires cook/food service and management experience, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour and benefits are included.

• Cook/food service and management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Helps Executive Chef prepare and cook foods.
• Coordinates activities of cooks and other food-service associates.
• Assumes responsibility for kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of Executive Chef.
• Maintains sanitation and safety procedures.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries of product and supplies.
