Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring a Senior Catering Captain for a full-time role at ASML in San Diego. The position runs Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with meals prepared and served at catered events and possible truck delivery. Catering experience is required, with potential licensing needs for food handling or alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Catering experience required.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Catering Department employees and assists in performance appraisals.
• Determines workload requirements from catering orders.
• Meets with function group leaders to discuss setup and changes; resolves problems.
• Assembles and delivers food and supplies to scheduled events.
• Returns food, beverages, serving equipment and utensils to the catering facility.
• Interacts with customers, resolves complaints, and relays concerns to supervisor.
