Ever, based in San Francisco and expanding nationwide, is seeking a front desk receptionist in San Diego. The role focuses on greeting guests, coordinating with EV consultants, and delivering a professional first impression while educating customers on EV tech and ownership costs.

You will manage test-drive and delivery schedules, monitor showroom traffic, handle inquiries, and support the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in front desk, receptionist, retail, or customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in scheduled guests upon arrival for their appointment slots.
• Coordinate with EV Consultants for seamless handoffs of consultations and deliveries.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional first impression and educate customers on EV tech and ownership costs.
• Manage daily schedule for test drives and vehicle deliveries; monitor showroom traffic.
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries; track visits and handoffs in internal systems.
• Support sales/ops with data entry, paperwork, and filing.
