Job summary

Ever is seeking a friendly, highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to welcome guests at our San Diego showroom and support the sales and delivery teams. You will manage daily schedules, greet visitors, and answer inquiries while delivering a professional, positive first impression.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in front desk, receptionist, retail or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in scheduled guests upon arrival for appointments.
• Coordinate with EV Consultants for seamless handoffs for sales consultations and deliveries.
• Ensure every guest receives a welcoming, professional, and efficient first impression.
• Educate customers on EV technology, incentives, charging, and ownership costs.
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule for test drives and vehicle deliveries.
• Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Accurately track customer visits, appointments, and handoffs in internal systems.
• Support sales and operations tasks (data entry, paperwork) and keep the front desk tidy.
