Job summary

A-1 Self Storage is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital branding and customer experience from our San Diego corporate office. You will coordinate SEO, social media, reputation management, and AI-driven marketing initiatives for a multi-location portfolio.

You’ll manage vendor relationships, analyze ROI, oversee content creation using Canva/Photoshop, and ensure branding consistency across online and brick-and-mortar channels. This role emphasizes strategic thinking and execution.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and reputation management software.
• Experience managing a digital marketing strategy for multi-location business.
• Strong branding and messaging across digital and physical assets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SEO, social media, and CRO strategies for multi-location stores.
• Monitor PPC campaigns and Google rankings; adjust budgets monthly/quarterly.
• Ensure accuracy and currency of websites and content updates.
• Manage marketing platform content, updates, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain local data accuracy with Google Business Profile and other listings.
• Develop and execute online reputation management and review responses.
