Job summary

SecureSpace Self Storage is seeking a Marketing AI & Automation Manager to analyze business processes and design AI-enabled workflows across marketing operations. You will own solution design and governance for integrations, reporting, and automated content workflows, acting with independent judgment under general supervision.

The role emphasizes delivering scalable automation, data quality improvements, and cost-conscious decisions across teams, while maintaining compliance and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and maintaining live automation systems in marketing/ops.
• Hands-on with at least one workflow platform (n8n/Make/Zapier) including branching logic and error handling.
• Experience with generative AI tools in repeatable workflows with human review and cost controls.
• Integrations via REST APIs/webhooks with secure credential handling and data mapping.
• Scripting ability in JavaScript or Python to build custom logic.
• Strong data quality, validation, and cross-system reconciliation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to brief nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate cross-functional processes and recommend redesign or automation based on impact and cost.
• Define requirements and independently select workflow architecture within budgets.
• Design content-production systems with SEO and content teams, including validation rules and publishing safeguards.
• Design and optimize reputation-management intake, escalation, and approval workflows.
• Redesign internal processes and automate routing, reporting, and handoffs.
• Advise campaign/partnership owners on scalable execution and measurement frameworks.
• Determine alert logic for ranking changes, lead trends, and system failures; prioritize fixes.
• Design and implement CRM/content/reporting integrations with data mappings and validation.
