Job summary

SecureSpace Self Storage seeks a Marketing AI & Automation Manager to optimize business processes through AI-enabled workflows. This individual-contributor role designs, implements, and governs automated systems across marketing and operations, with no direct reports and general supervision.

Responsibilities include evaluating processes, building automation pipelines, and maintaining escalation procedures for after-hours issues to ensure operational reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or business operations with hands-on workflow automation.
• Proficiency in workflow platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Preferred experience with CRM/CMS systems, Google Workspace, Wrike, dashboards, SQL and Git.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates cross-functional processes, identifies root causes, and advises on redesign or automation based on impact, risk, and cost.
• Designs and implements content-production, reputation-management, and reporting systems with workflow stages and controls.
• Owns testing, rollout, monitoring, and continuous improvement of automation systems, diagnosing failures and escalating security or compliance issues.
