Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Sample Coordinator for the PRIME division. You’ll maintain sample inventory, pack and ship sample orders, and assist with tradeshow preparation and mailings. This role supports the sample team to meet goals in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality of packing, coordinating with carriers, and handling inquiries about orders and shipments. A positive attitude and readiness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; English required.
• Ability to follow directions and stay organized.
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow.
• Basic math skills; ability to count, add and subtract accurately.
• Typing accuracy and fast keyboarding.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with NetSuite, Made4Net, and related shipping tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sample inventory and pick/pack sample orders.
• Support tradeshow preparation and sample mailings.
• Process domestic and international shipping; handle hazardous materials per policy.
• Prepare kits for mailings and shows; organize packing and shipping supplies.
• Answer inquiries about orders, status, and shipping details; resolve issues.
