Job summary

PRIME Division at S&S Activewear is seeking a Sample Coordinator to manage sample inventory, pick/pack, and ship sample orders. The role supports tradeshows and special mailings, while assisting the sample team to reach goals.

You will use MS Office, NetSuite and Made4Net to process orders, and coordinate domestic and international shipments, including hazardous materials as needed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

• Strong communication, written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to follow directions and work with attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sample inventory and preparation for shipments.
• Pack, ship and track sample orders for domestic and international requests.
• Support tradeshow mailings and related activities.
• Assist with inventory control and material replenishment.
• Keep work area neat and organized; follow safety and compliance guidelines.
