Responsibilities

• Manage the sample room priority list daily
• Check inventory of foam cups, wires, elastics, and fit fabrics daily
• Place all orders for all sewing components (foam pads, fabric, molded blockers, elastics, wires, etc.)
• Retrieve incoming packages from our Hong Kong office
• Check in all received goods closing our orders
• Organize fabric room and store all incoming components
• Communicate with patternmakers and advise regarding availability of components
• Order sample room supplies as needed (cutting blades, pins, needles, poly bags, cutting paper, etc.)
• Assist sample makers in locating components for each sample request
• Master log of all sample requests and due dates
