Job summary

netPolarity, Inc. is seeking a Sample Coordinator to support the daily operations of the creative studio and visual merchandising team in San Francisco.

You will manage and check in samples, maintain studio organization, and assist with administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management preferred.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, email, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative studio and visual merchandising team.

• Support studio set preparation and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency.

• Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and support team goals.

The Sample Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the creative studio and visual merchandising team. This position ensures a smooth workflow by managing and checking in samples, maintaining studio organization, and assisting with administrative and day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
