Responsibilities

• Process daily samples, prototype and literature requests from customers and Omya's Sales Department, including receiving, documenting, ordering and shipping.
• Communicate with customers and Omya's Sales Department regarding shipments, orders, backorders or shipments.
• Email order status to the requesting party on a regular basis.
• Ensure timely delivery of samples to customers.
• Maintain sample and literature room stock and reorder inventory as needed.
• Assist in ordering sample ingredients and lab materials.
• Assist in trade show coordination and related communications.
• File paperwork such as purchase orders and certificates of analysis.
• Maintain integrity of the sample database and keep the sample area tidy and safe.
• Troubleshoot problems regularly and perform other duties as assigned.
