Job summary

Reserv, a leading insurtech focused on salvage and claims automation, seeks a Salvage Team Lead to support a Claims Manager. You will oversee the Commercial Total Loss Salvage team, drive salvage recovery, reduce cycle times, and ensure compliant operations while coordinating with Total Loss, Claims, and Finance partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial total loss/salvage experience.
• Total Loss/Salvage leadership experience.
• Experience with Ride Share (or TNC/Livery) is required.
• First-party and third-party liability knowledge.
• Active adjuster license with resident/state or DHS permissive licensing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as backup/leader when the Manager is out of the office.
• Direct reports management and onboarding tasks for new hires.
• Increased reserve and payment authority within approved limits.
• Identify topics for team Huddles and elevated claims workshops.
• Partner with Total Loss, Claims, Operations, Finance, and external vendors.
