Job summary

Reserv seeks a Salvage Team Lead to guide the Commercial Total Loss Salvage team, drive performance, and ensure efficient vehicle disposition. You will work closely with Total Loss, Claims, Operations, Finance, and external partners to improve salvage lifecycle and profitability.

You will lead by example while balancing hands-on case work, analysis of auction results, and vendor relationships. A proactive, data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial total loss/salvage experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience, including remote environment.
• Active adjuster license: resident-state or DHS; willingness to obtain additional licenses within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as backup/leader when the Manager is out of the office.
• Direct reports and onboarding tasks; access and cultural immersion for new hires.
• SME for first-line questions, escalations, and roundtable discussions.
• Increase reserve and payment authority; assist with reviews.
• Identify topics for team Huddles and Elevated Claims Experience Workshops.
