Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
• Juris Doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify situations requiring additional research and review state guidance.
• Analyze client facts with state guidance and determine needed outreach.
• Prepare formal memoranda supporting state tax positions.
