Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty in Clarksville, TN seeks a Salon Business Consultant to drive salon growth across a dedicated territory, including nearby Hopkinsville KY. This field-based role emphasizes in-person visits, relationship-building, and expert business consultation to boost sales and loyalty.

Candidates should live in or near the territory, must have a vehicle, and can earn uncapped commissions with full benefits. Hair/beauty industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with emphasis on consultative selling.
• Must live within the assigned territory.
• Experience using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram to build pipelines and business.
• Travel locally within territory; occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by identifying key accounts within the territory and developing routes to expand existing customers and acquire new partnerships.
• Demonstrate and help salons plan and track results of in-salon promotions and programs.
• Meet sales goals by selling beauty products and introducing new products and concepts.
• Communicate sales initiatives with vendors and achieve corporate sales goals.
• Use social media as a primary outlet to service salons, barbers, spas, and licensed professionals.
• Manage administrative tasks (order entry, customer data) and maintain Salesforce records.
