Sun Tan City - Mason Group in Fuquay-Varina, NC seeks an Assistant Salon Director to drive store performance, supervise tanning consultants, and maintain an exceptional client experience. You will lead by example in operations, sales, and service, ensuring productivity and adherence to standards.

The role requires strong leadership, sales coaching, and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals for Team Members and provide coaching.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with Director functions.
• Help control top-line revenue and expenses while maintaining staffing levels.
• Ensure coverage for nights, Saturdays, and Sundays as needed.
• Attend to transport and banking needs as required.
