Sun Tan City - Mason Group in Greeneville, TN, seeks an Assistant Salon Director to lead a lively team, drive client-centric service, and maintain operational excellence to meet productivity goals. You will supervise Tanning Consultants and model a high-energy, professional store environment.

The role requires leadership, sales experience, and coaching abilities, with scheduling, inventory oversight, and a focus on exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple situations.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong leadership with coaching and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to deliver client-centric experiences and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a professional, impeccably clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for Team Members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports and assist with inventory and other Director functions.
• Support Salon Director in revenue and expense control.
• Maintain staffing levels for productivity and service quality while controlling labor costs.
• Ability to work nights, Saturdays and Sundays as required for coverage.
• Reliable transportation to bank visits as needed.
