Sun Tan City - Mason Group in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to drive store performance and client service. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, coach team members, and uphold operational excellence to meet productivity goals.

The role requires leadership, ability to train and mentor staff, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. Flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in management and/or sales preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple situations.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet personal sales targets.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for Team Members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and support Salon Director tasks.
• Assist Salon Director in controlling revenue and expenses.
• Maintain proper staffing levels to maximize productivity and customer service.
