Job summary

Nurtur Holdings LLC is seeking a Salon + Spa Concierge in Indianapolis to support Retail & Guest Services. The role focuses on hospitality, guest care, and service excellence, with responsibilities including appointment scheduling and guest interactions.

The position requires at least two years of retail or salon/spa customer service experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience in a salon or spa.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pre-book appointments for guests
• Partner with Salon + Spa Manager to address guest challenges
• Communicate inventory shortage challenges to the Salon + Spa Manager
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with students, team members, and guests
• Meet and exceed performance goals established by the Director of Business Operations
• Abide by all Nurtur policies and procedures as outlined in the Team Member Handbook and Code of Conduct
