Qualifications

• Demonstrate extreme professionalism and confidentiality in manner, dress, and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hospitality, guest care, and service excellence.
• Pre-book appointments and upsell services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Salon + Spa Manager to address guest concerns promptly.
• Communicate inventory shortages to the Salon + Spa Manager.
• Support team during slow periods to ensure guest satisfaction.
