Nurtur SalonSpa Columbus, LLC seeks a passionate Retail Sales & Talent Acquisition Manager to elevate guest experiences, recruit and develop a talented team, and drive performance in a fast-paced beauty environment. You’ll lead a high-touch sales team, cultivate partnerships with local schools, and align marketing with customer growth.

This role requires strong leadership, recruiting expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills, with a commitment to service excellence and community engagement

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• State-issued Cosmetology or Esthetics license is preferred but not required.
• 5 years of retail and/or salon/spa experience preferred.
• Management and training experience preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems and retail software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
