Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; cosmetology license preferred.
• 5 years retail or salon/spa experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail sales and talent acquisition strategies to grow revenue.
• Coach and motivate sales team to meet or exceed goals.
• Develop recruiting strategies and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with leadership to set forecasts, goals and action plans.
• Partner with marketing to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Oversee events, promotions, and client experience initiatives.
