Nurtur Aveda Institutes in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Regional Sales & Operations Manager to lead a multi-location team, drive enrollment and revenue growth, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with leadership to execute regional strategies, coach staff, and manage operations across our Columbus market.

You will build strong partnerships with med spas and skin-focused businesses, travel as needed, and represent the company at events and trade shows, while ensuring excellent

Formación

• 3+ years of successful sales and/or business development experience - ideally in skincare, beauty, or wellness.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and representing the Company at events.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently across a multi-location territory, while collaborating with a national team as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed performance goals established by leadership.
• Collaborate with leaders to execute regional enrollment and revenue growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Education, Marketing, and Leadership to align recruitment and partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
• Lead teams in maximizing sales through coaching and product knowledge.
