Nurtur Salon + Spa Columbus is seeking a passionate, people-focused, results-driven Salon + Spa Retail Sales & Talent Acquisition Manager who knows how to create exceptional guest experiences, recruit and develop a talented team, and keep the energy flowing in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• State-issued Cosmetology or Esthetics license is preferred but not required.
• 5 years of continuous retail and/or salon and/or spa experience preferred.
• Management and training experience preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales team members to meet or exceed goals.
• Develop relationships with local schools and industry partners to expand recruiting opportunities.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Drive salon sales through promotions, service offerings, and loyalty programs.
• Attend events to drive new business and host store events.
• Analyze financial reports to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Ensure salon operates efficiently and maintains safety and sanitation standards.
