Job summary

Nurtur Salon + Spa in Columbus seeks a passionate, people-focused Retail Sales & Talent Acquisition Manager to elevate guest experiences, recruit and develop a talented team, and keep energy high in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You will lead sales strategies, coach the team, and partner with leadership to forecast, hire, and grow the salon’s success, while collaborating with schools and partners to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• State-issued Cosmetology or Esthetics license is preferred but not required.
• 5 years of continuous retail and/or salon and spa experience is highly preferred.
• Management and training experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold company values and behaviors.
• Lead sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Coach and motivate sales team to meet/exceed targets.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract candidates.
• Build talent pipelines and collaborate with local schools and industry partners.
• Drive salon sales through promotions, services, and loyalty programs.
• Attend community events to generate new business.
