• Answers phones and directs calls.
• Books appointments for Salon customers.
• Calls customers to confirm appointments.
• Processes transactions for services.
• Greets customers and directs them to the correct station.
• Performs general clerical and administrative duties.
• Handles mail and packages (UPS/FedEx).
• Maintains a safe, clean reception area by following procedures.
