Responsibilities

• Achieve retail sales goals during each shift.
• Deliver best-in-class education to store teams.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
• Execute SEE focus strategy to drive in-store results.
• Complete administrative tasks on time (timesheets, gondola photos).
• Uphold dress code and reflect current trends.
• Schedule management and punctuality.
• Liaise between brand and store partnership.
