Qualifications

• 3–5 years cosmetic retail experience.
• Ability to inspire, coach and promote others to promotion.
• Available Wed–Sun, 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Achieve retail sales goals during each scheduled shift in store.
• Deliver best-in-class education to store teams to elevate brand awareness and drive sales.
• Build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
• Execute SEE focus strategy to drive results in store that are in line with corporate objectives.
• Complete administrative tasks by the respective due date (submit timesheets by Monday 12pm PST, submit gondola photos during shift).
• Uphold ABH dress code guidelines, while evolving artistry looks to reflect current trends.
• Manage schedule in advance, ensure on time and ready to work on stage.
• Liaison between brand and store partnership to support partnership initiatives.
