Job summary

Anastasia Beverly Hills Salon in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a talented Esthetician / Eyebrow Artist. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. Provide brow services, waxing, and skincare consultations in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates hold a California Esthetician License and have at least 2 years' experience, with strong shaping and waxing skills. Competitive hourly wage plus commission and tips, plus opportunities to build client relationships.

Qualifications

Requires valid California Esthetician License.
Minimum 2 years of esthetician and/or eyebrow artist experience.
Strong eyebrow shaping and facial waxing skills.
Excellent customer service and communication.
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury salon.

Responsibilities

Provide professional eyebrow services, including waxing, tweezing, shaping, and customized brow design.
Analyze each client's facial features and natural brow structure to create a flattering, personalized shape.
Perform professional waxing and other esthetic services according to salon standards.
Provide skincare consultations and recommend appropriate services and products.
Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and organization in all treatment areas.
Create a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every client.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and encourage retention.
Recommend appropriate retail products and services when beneficial to the client.
Stay updated on beauty, skincare, and brow trends.
Follow all salon policies, California State Board regulations, and health and safety standards.
Collaborate respectfully with the salon team.
