Job summary

Sport Clips, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Salon Coordinator to support customer service and salon operations. You will greet clients, handle inquiries, manage the reception area, and assist with retail sales and marketing efforts.

You will contribute to inventory checks, store merchandising, and daily tasks to keep the salon running smoothly. This role offers growth opportunities in a team-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with computer applications, MS Office, and basic social media.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a welcoming atmosphere at check-in.
• Answer calls, handle inquiries, and direct questions appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception and display areas.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Assist in retail sales with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Monitor inventory and place supply orders as needed.
• Support team from reception to the cutting floor for smooth operations.
• Participate in marketing efforts and local promotions.
• Complete training and other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
