Sport Clips, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Salon Coordinator in Deptford, NJ to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth salon operations.

You will greet clients, handle inquiries, manage the reception area, process payments, assist in retail sales, and support inventory and marketing efforts within a fast-paced team environment. The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office and basic social media platforms.

Mansioni

• Greet clients with a welcoming attitude and ensure a positive experience.
• Answer phone calls and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and retail displays.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
