Sport Clips is seeking a dynamic Salon Coordinator to join our team and ensure exceptional customer service and smooth salon operations. This role focuses on welcoming clients, handling inquiries, and supporting daily workflow from reception through the cutting floor.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or reception is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with computer applications and social media platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients with a warm, welcoming attitude and ensure a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and retail displays.
• Handle financial transactions, including cash handling and card payments.
• Assist in retail sales with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Monitor and reorder salon inventory as needed.
• Coordinate flow from reception to cutting floor with the salon team.
• Support the Store Manager with duties like cleaning, stocking, and sanitation.
• Assist in local marketing efforts and social media updates.
• Participate in Sport Clips training.
