Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with computer applications, Microsoft Office, and basic social media.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude and ensure a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including retail displays.
• Handle financial transactions, including cash handling and processing credit card payments.
• Assist in retail sales by providing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Monitor and maintain salon inventory and place orders for supplies.
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth operations from reception to the floor.
• Complete secondary duties as assigned by the Store Manager (cleaning, stocking, sanitation).
• Assist in local marketing efforts and social media updates.
