Job summary

Sun Tan City in Greeneville, TN is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to drive store performance and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will supervise tanning consultants, coach staff, and maintain productive operations in a high-energy salon.

The role requires leadership, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage daily tasks, schedules, and promotions. Evening and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
• Set goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports and assist with salon director functions.
• Help manage top line revenue and expenses while controlling labor costs.
• Ensure staffing levels for productivity and service;Work nights and weekends as needed.
