Sun Tan City - Mason Group is hiring an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, positive environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, coach staff, and lead by example to deliver outstanding client experiences.

The role focuses on client-centric service, operational excellence, and achieving productivity goals in a fast-paced salon setting. Night and weekend coverage may be required, with a typical five-day schedule.

Competenze

• Management or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Team-building and delegation skills.

Mansioni

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional, impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
• Help to maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while also controlling labor costs.
• Ability to work nights as well as Saturdays and Sundays as required to provide management coverage.
• Has reliable ability and transportation to go to the bank as needed.
• Candidate should expect to work five days per week, and approximately a 32 - 40 hour work schedule.
