Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance and lead a team of Tanning Consultants. You will model exceptional client service, manage daily operations, and guide staff to achieve sales and service targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and accountability with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits. Weekend and evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
