Sun Tan City - Dual Leverage Group seeks an Assistant Salon Director to lead a high-energy team and drive client-centric service. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, uphold operational excellence, and push for strong store performance with responsive coaching.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational planning skills.
• Leadership, team mentoring and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in all company operations, delivering a client-centric experience.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top-line revenue and expenses.
• Maintain staffing levels for productivity and service quality.
• Work nights and weekends as required to provide management coverage.
• Demonstrate reliable transportation to bank visits as needed.
