Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, coach staff, and uphold operational excellence to meet productivity goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, reliable scheduling, and the ability to work nights and weekends to provide management coverage and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and coach others.
• Strong client service techniques and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to deliver a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set team objectives and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with director duties.
• Support top-line revenue and control labor costs.
• Cover evenings and weekends as needed; work 40–45 hours weekly.
