Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment. You will supervise tanning consultants, drive store performance, and coach the team to meet productivity goals while upholding operational excellence.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage in a fast-paced setting. Night, weekend coverage, and travel as needed are possible aspects of the position.

• Experience in management and/or sales is preferred.
