Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to drive store performance and deliver exceptional client experiences in a high-energy salon setting. This role supervises tanning consultants, coaches staff, and ensures operational excellence while maintaining a positive, client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has management or sales experience, strong leadership, and solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Flexible schedules and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment and motivate staff.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for team development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience and meet personal sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for team members and provide coaching.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Help control labor costs while maintaining high-quality customer service.
