Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced tanning salon environment. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, drive store performance, and ensure exceptional client experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, meeting productivity goals, and managing scheduling to balance labor costs. Evening and weekend shifts are required to provide leadership coverage.

Qualificações

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to coach and mentor teammates while supervising operations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment and establish team goals.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve daily performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with director functions.
• Help manage staffing to ensure productivity and customer service while controlling labor costs.
• Must be able to work nights, Saturdays and Sundays as needed for management coverage.
