Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, foster exceptional client service, and ensure operational excellence to meet productivity goals.

The role requires leadership, coaching, and the ability to manage in a fast-paced setting with a focus on client satisfaction. Evening and weekend coverage may be needed, with growth opportunities in a family-owned brand.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in all company operations including creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve team performance.
• Generate sales reports and assist with salon director responsibilities.
• Help maintain staffing levels for productivity and customer service while controlling labor costs.
• Work five days per week, approximately 35 hours.
